How to get a healthy skin in 10 steps routine?

Every woman has the desire of a young, beautiful and healthy skin, but not all of them know how to put together a proper skincare routine and some points of each steps. In general, skincare is a multi-step process, a fact that seems to have sparked a ton of intrigue of the beauty world. To outsiders looking in, the best way to take care of the skin is just seem like keeping it as clean as well. The thing is that there is a “million-step” regimen for the ladies to get a perfect skin. It is not extreme as it sounds; however, skincare routine is just boiled down to cleansing, toning, treating, and intensely moisturizing. It is never too soon to take care of the skin, in fact, women’s skin starts aging from the age of 20. The information below is a full facial care guideline based on the specific skin concerns, step by step!

The very first point of a skincare routine is determining the skin type and how each type of products works. This is an incredibly important step because those products that aren't suited the same skin types, they will be incredibly ineffective, or even worsen the situation. There are generally 4 skin issues that women could have: dry, oil, combination, and sensitive skin. The normal to dry skin is tight and flaky noticeably skin, it can look rough, bumpy, and rarely gets oily. The people with normal to oily skin are easy to recognized because they have visibly shiny, or literally slightly wet to the touch on their skins. Oily skin usually causes to large pores or even prone to blemish surface. The third one is combination skin, which is a little of just about every skin type as what it named. If a person has this kind, he/she tends to be oily around T-zone (nose, chin, and forehead area) and dry around the cheeks (the rest parts, perhaps, are normal skin type). Most of people own this kind of combination one. Lastly, the most trouble one is sensitive skin, which is very hard to deal with. As it called ‘sensitive’, people with this skin type normally get burned very easy, have extreme reactions to certain cosmetics and have irritated skin after a dramatic change in weather... On average, every skin type creates different problems that required everyone to choose the targeted treatment products to suit it best. There are several easy steps to apply properly those products to get the best effects on facial skin.

Step 1 of a skincare routine is cleanser, which is usually combined by pre-cleanse, cleanse, and exfoliate/buff. Pre-cleanse is considered make-up removing, some of the products are wet tissues, creamy or liquid remover, and cleansing oil. Rinsing with water is never enough to clean the debris, oil, and makeup foundation. Exfoliating skin is really needed to remove the dead skin cells; it helps to get a radiant and smoother skin and also contributes to the anti-aging, reduces redness, blackheads and breakouts. To do the exfoliating, people usually use the scrubby creams, or facial towels to gently massage around facial area about 10 to 15 minutes, once a week. The regular cleansing is just using daily cleanser, which has several forms like foam, gel, bar soap, and also powder. Everyone should keep washing facial skin twice a day: morning and before sleeping; and it is noticeable to keep the skin totally clean before the other following steps.

The second step is toner, which is a kind of liquid treatment used by wiping over the face with a cotton balls. It is believed to help remove pollutants along with any residue from your cleansers, while also restoring your skin’s pH balance. It soothes and preps the skin to absorb the next step. It also helps reduce redness and tighten up the pores.

Next, treatment is needed for those who have specific skin problems. Some of them include acne prone, blemish, acne scars, blemish, wrinkles, dark circle eyes area, unbalanced skin tone... This third step involves eyes cream/gel and the targeted treatments depended on different skin concerns if needed. With trouble or sensitive skin, it is highly recommended to use natural extracted products. For example, tea tree oil can be used as an acne spot treatment. Depending on each type of skin concerns, here are some of the detailed targets for cosmetic customers when choosing products: pimple should be treated with the ones containing Salicylic Acid or Benzoyl Peroxide, unbalanced skin tone customers can look for the whitening products... They are formed in various types in the today market of cosmetics – medical cosmetics: liquid form, gel, emulsion, essence, and roll form, which have their particular functions.

Step 4 is moisturizing the skin; this is an indispensable stage for every skin type and every group ages of women, even teenagers. All skin types will benefit from moisturizers because they contain the types of ingredients research has shown help the skin look healthier and younger. This step cannot be avoided, even with oily skin type. It's especially important for those with dry skin. There are loads of moisturizer products to choose from, such as gels (best for oily/spot prone skin), creams (best for dry/sensitive skin) and serums (best for normal/oily skin). Some provide anti-blemish action, some are anti-wrinkle, some contain fake tan, and some simply moisturize. But facial skin is generally like the body; it also needs to “drink” water everyday. There are some new kinds of nighttime moisturized items that can replace regular cream such as sleeping mask or typical oil (jojoba oil and rose hip oil are famous with the collagen contained). Once again, moisturizing is the most important step of a skincare routine and it should be repeat twice a day, especially under make-up. In addition, it is necessary to moisturize the lips as well; some recommended products for lips care are lip balm with natural ingredients such as coconut oil, honey, and fruits....

Last but not least, in order to get a very healthy and strong skin, it is necessary to add more nutrients two-to-three time a week, especially for those have personal skin problems. These products may be needed as an extra step to hydrate skin, absorb excess oil, calm skin, or treat a special need or occasional skin concern. Again, there are many options, for instance peel-off masks are best for blemished skin, whereas rich, moisturizing masks are best for dry skin. They can be the best part of a beauty regimen, why not turn it into a relaxing pampers session? It is noticeable of the ingredients and the textures of the masks to work on each type of skin. It can be sheet masks, creamy masks, or even fruits masks for those who want to try something natural and mild. Aloe Vera, tomato, cucumber, green tea, honey, and milk... are the safe solutions that suit all of skin types and give great positive results after using.

Are those steps intimidating, much? A skincare routine takes actually just about 15 minutes out of evening (masks and exfoliating packs are not really a daily thing) and it is a bit therapeutic to take care thoroughly the facial skin. The key is daily prevention and nurturing, which eliminates any need for expensive facials. The skin needs to get used to the frequency of being treated, and to the using of products. Sometimes a negative effect appears at first, but this usually goes after the skin has time to adjust. In overall, to have a healthy, young and beautiful skin, a person needs to stick on his/her skincare routine and make advance routine by some more beauty tips to keep the internal skin care as well.
